Vinyasa Yoga
Yoga at Flower Farm is a guided yoga practice that focuses on connecting movement with breath. The class builds strength, flexibility, and balance through gentle yoga flows, light weights, stretching, and balance poses.
The practice also emphasizes relaxation and self-awareness through meditation and Qigong.
Julia has been teaching yoga at Flower Farm for more than 10 years and values the sense of community connection the class creates. All levels are welcome.
